Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video and your order number. Once verified, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, when applied and removed properly, our press-on nails won’t damage your natural nails. We always recommend using adhesive tabs for short-term wear and gentle removal techniques.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We offer a free sizing kit or a detailed size guide on each product page. You can also measure your nails at home and send us your custom sizes for a perfect fit.

With proper application, our press-on nails can last 7–14 days using nail glue, or 2–5 days with adhesive tabs. Longevity depends on nail prep, daily activities, and adhesive type used.
